ValGenesis’s internal learning and development department needed to scale its video production and training module creation to meet the company’s growing needs.
However, human voice-overs and videos are time consuming and costly to produce.

ValGenesis decided to ditch traditional video methods and adapt Hour One’s solution. The team was able to maximize its video creation efforts by leveraging the pre-designed templates, customizable voiceovers and avatars.
The Results

ValGenesis created over 3,000 videos within just one year, greatly increasing output from previous methods of creating content. At the same time, the team created 50 modules, each with 60 slides, within just one year averaging 1 lesson a week.
Most notably, this resulted in a massive 80% of internal time saved, thanks to the reduced time investment on production and time to create, edit, and output videos.
