About The Position

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative team lead. The SDR team is responsible for delivering qualified leads for the Account Executives and plays a critical role in growing our business. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is persistent about the team making its KPIs, organized and accountable for the team's success, and has hands-on experience both in exceptional SDR work and leading and mentoring a small SDR team.

At Hour One you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home).

Responsibilities

  • The SDR Team lead is responsible for achieving both individual and team quotas
  • Manage and scale up the SDR team
  • Motivate the SDRs to exceed KPIs through coaching, out-of-the-box creativity, and data analysis
  • Monitor and refine lead processes
  • Continually work on optimizing pipeline qualified lead
  • Identify target accounts and prospects and qualify them
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SDR/Sales roles in a start-up company with a proven track record of sales success
  • 1-2 years of SDR’S team management experience
  • Proven track record of establishing, and achieving KPIs
  • Passion for training, motivating, and coaching in a fast-growth environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent English (written and verbal) 
  • Experience working with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and Marketing automation systems
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other similar prospecting applications
  • Experience in the Learning & Development space - an advantage
